Adanma Akujieze is a well-rounded business leader who brings an exceptional blend of strategic insight and financial expertise cultivated over nearly two decades across public and privately-owned organizations. She possesses deep industry knowledge in engineering, architecture, construction, and retail, along with a proven track record of strategic transformation, talent development, and operational excellence. She is a strong believer in customer service excellence, regardless of industry.
 

She earned both B.A. and M.S. degrees in Accounting at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.  In addition to holding multiple professional certifications and belonging to several professional associations, Adanma is an active community leader, serving on the Board of WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital and as an Advisory Board member for a Regional Financial Institution with over $30 billion in assets.

Adanma enjoys serving in Christian ministry alongside her husband and four children; together they wear many hats and fulfill multiple functions at their local Church. An athlete and lover of sports, Adanma's favorites include long distance walking, running, and tennis. Adanma's love for teaching extends to the community; she is a huge advocate for small businesses and has served as an advisor to several family-owned businesses looking to grow more efficiently. She is an avid speaker and writer and believes in the transformative power of a word in season!
