Bob Vogel

Advisory Board Member

Bob Vogel joined the EBS Builders board of advisors when it was established in 2024. He brings experience in family owned business, family business transition, financial, and family business management and structure to the EBS board.

Bob is a lifelong community banker and currently serves as board chairman of New Market Bank which is a four-generation family business.  He is also on the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, as well as treasurer of the Minnesota Legislative Society and member of the Elko New Market (MN) Economic Development Authority.​ Previous service included 6 years as a Minnesota Legislator and 6 years as a member of the Scott County Board of Commissioners.  In the years before elected office he served as Chair of Fairview Ridges Hospital Board, Minnesota Independent Community Bankers Association, Community Bankers Transfer System, and United Bankers Bank Bloomington Minn.

When not engaged in professional duties Bob enjoys time at the family lake home in northern Minnesota, involvement in local service organizations, and most of all time with his grandchildren.
